Yes, I did a little big-toe-penetration of the vagina back with a girlfriend in about '89. I dunno where that "magazine cover" came from, and although I like it a lot, I really don't think those are Paris Hilton's feet. For one thing, if you've ever seen her feet, you know that her toes are like wayyyy longer than average, and not plump little nubbins like those in the picture. I'll bet she has continual pedicures and doesn't have tough-looking calloused soles like that, either. (Not that tough-looking calloused soles don't get me just as hot as soft, tender feet do!)
