yessssssssssssss... I hate that lil time after the NBA season and before football season - don't be shit on but baseball, which I hate watching unless its the playoffs.
It's a sure sign that summer is just about over. Baseball doesn't really get interesting until after football season starts. I'll be flipping back and forth between Red Sox and Patriots this afternoon.
the lull time for me is in between football season and baseball season.... I hate pro basketball with a passion
the season's not so long, it's just that after it's over you still have another eight months of playoffs. football's the only pro sport i can still watch, and even that isn't too often anymore, especially since my team's won about 10 games since they came back...
my gf's grampa or somebody played forthe notre dame but im born n raised daytom osu fan. im torn, but seein as how nd hasnt won a bowl game sincd 94 its a ;moot point.
god, I felt the first sunday of football........ we were busier than FUCK. thats what I get for working in a sports bar.......
You know...they say baseball is the most popular sport in America, but I beg to differ. I've known people to blow off a baseball game to hang out-football on the other hand-I've known people to call out of work every Sunday because football is on. Strange
Baseball gets the most spectators overall, but it has ten times more games than football. NASCAR (ahem, not a sport) keeps trying to say it's the most popular because it draws a larger crowd, but that event is only once or twice a year in a region. Try holding one more than twice a year and all them slackjaw yokels who drop $300 a pop would default on their mobile home loans.
nahh, its americas pasttime....... it was the most popular sport in the early to mid part of the 20th century, but now football has easily taken that over, I think after the inception of the superbowl.....
but who really listens to rednecks? can't even understand most of the bable that comes out of there mouth
If driving a car in circles is a sport then so is Tiddly Winks and any other activity that involves long periods of sitting on your ass.
so how do you feel about rodeo, where the object is to struggle to sit on your ass for as long as possible?
