These 9 drawings were done by an artist under the influence of LSD -- part of a test conducted by the US government during it's dalliance with psychotomimetic drugs in the late 1950's. The artist was given a dose of LSD 25 and free access to an activity box full of crayons and pencils. His subject is the medico that jabbed him. http://www.cowboybooks.com.au/html/acidtrip1.html
I saw those picutres in a psychology book but it only showed the 1st one and 8th one. The 6th and 7th pictures are pretty amazing
I discovered that web page in college last year. Very impressive and exists as just one example of the effects of acid on the human mind. I found it very interesting.
"Upon completing the drawing the patient starts laughing, then becomes startled by something on the floor." that part always makes me smile
