Acid and art

These 9 drawings were done by an artist under the influence of LSD -- part of a test conducted by the US government during it's dalliance with psychotomimetic drugs in the late 1950's. The artist was given a dose of LSD 25 and free access to an activity box full of crayons and pencils. His subject is the medico that jabbed him.

That is the beauty of LSD my friend.

 

I saw those picutres in a psychology book but it only showed the 1st one and 8th one. The 6th and 7th pictures are pretty amazing

 

I discovered that web page in college last year. Very impressive and exists as just one example of the effects of acid on the human mind. I found it very interesting.

fricking rocket on that third one...

 

6,7 &8 were really cool. i wish someone would pay me to experience LSD.. id be a rich bitch! lol
