Amazing isn't it? http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2007/07/20070717-3.html How many of us are even familiar with the graft and corruption this administration has managed to pass through congress against the people of this nation.
Ok, I just read all that. So does it come down to if they deem Watt or Icke as a threat to the stabilization of Iraq, and anyone who supports them (buying books, donations to their sites - what have you) that they have the right to confiscate all properties of those AND these persons? (just used this as an example) I mean, anyone can be considered a "group" from their description. So, how far does this trickle down?
Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Once again, the White House is trampling the rights guaranteed us by the Bill of Rights.
