I was wondering if there was a TV block, or even a channel that specialized in a tripped out audience. Done so by displaying vivid colors and patterns and tie-dyes for the sole purpose of appealing to that small demographic that will just turn on and say "woahhh..." Is there such a thing? And maybe it's a block lasting from like eleven at night to three in the morning or something. This would be a cool idea if it hasn't been done yet. Although I've always considered Aduly Swim on Cartoon Network to appeal to the humor of someone who's high as a kite.
