no, it isn't. he wasn't in Grand View at all a month before he left to go there to stay with his Grandma. I was with him every single day. All he did was go to work, and come home, etc. Grand View is far enough away and his truck is shitty enough that if he went there he would have had to stay at least one night to make it worth it. And that just never happened.

i was in a similar sort of situation...and it's funny, because i hadn't actually had sex with my friend's husband at the time. though we'd all fooled around, he and i had never actually touched one another. but when my daughter had reddish hair (which is very common in my family) there were inevitable jokes about it and my husband got really sensitive about it. as did our friends. i have to say, being on the receiving end of all that negative energy, when i'd done nothing wrong, was annoying. being supportive and loving and accepting is a wonderful thing. i'm great friends with my husband's ex wife, and it makes everything so much more wonderful and easy for the child, who is really who matters.

my sister in law, when she was first falling in love with her husband had to endure a similar situation with a one night stand her future husband had had with another girl. they were very practical about it and offered to pay for the dna test. realizing that the person you love inevitably comes with a bit of baggage and accepting it is a sign of emotional and spiritual maturity. you're doing well. good luck. i hope that if the child is your boyfriend's that the mother is as wonderful as my husband's ex.
