CRAZY!!! I'm still paying the penalty from the piggies

Alright well I decided to grow some marijuana plants last year and it didn't go as well as I had imagined it.

I started out back in March with a couple different kinds of seeds. I had some good regular bud and purple haze. I did all the norm bullshit involved in growing and they were turning out to be beautiful.

Around August I had had everything the way I wanted it. The regular females in one spot, the purple females in seperate pots by themselves (they were beauties, green and purple stalks and leaves with white crystals oohhhhh makes me cry just thinking about it). But anyways they were just starting to bud right?

On august 23rd I went to work at 9am. I got off at 9pm (worked at a car dealership loooong hours) went and picked up my lady from work and went home. All i wanted to do was hit the bong a few times, check on my pretties and relax.....WRONG!!!

I pull up at my apartment complex and there are like 4 cop cars out front. My girl is like "they're here cuz of the plants I know it" and I said "no their always here, its just some bullshit with a neighbor".

Well we go inside, and not but 30 seconds goes by and I hear a knock ::BOOM BOOM BOOM:: Oh shit!!!!

I start grabbing plants left and right and putting them in closets, the bathroom, the bedroom, anywhere that has room. They knock again ::BOOM BOOM BOOM: and my girl answers. The pig says "whos got that balcony out back there" shines his flashlight and says "this is the one" and barges in. Within 2 minutes 5 officers and 3 detectives come in searching my place...

When they tore the plants out of the soil and shoved them in a trash bag it absolutely BROKE my heart in two....How can they do such a thing?? Threw on the cuffs, was prossesed, saw the comissioner, then released. They got me on Possession of marijuana, Possession of cocaine, Possession of paraphenalia, and Manufacturing/Distribution of Marijuana.

I tried to get my lawyer to get me off since they didn't have a warrant but that didn't matter, I was stupid enough to leave the 2 beauties on the balcony so it was probable cause!!!

To this day I am still on Probation. I was soooooo fortunate to not serve any jail time because that would've totally sucked lol.

To make a long story short, if you think you can grow pot on your balcony and get off the hook by saying it's legal because it's botany...........The pigs don't agree

i personally know how to gain access to purple haze seeds to this day.
it can only be extinct when people quit growing it an pollinating it,,an that aint happened yet..

No, cocaine is schedule II substance by federal law, you'll be locked up for heroine poss. before cocaine poss. And as far as the Purple goes you can still get .5 g jars for $25 a pop, there kinda pricey and hard to come by but when it does it's well worth it.

 

actually many strains have purple stalks, my lowriders had purple bits on stalks and one of them had a purple tinge on the buds. also purple haze is extinct to common folk, the dodo could still be living somewhere, like one or 2 of them but every1 says therye extinct. im also not sure if u can gain ''access to purple haze'' because there is no way to get anyseeds and be sure its the real deal now, or unless ur a very special person

cracks me up how a buncha kids are sure that purple haze does not exist in a age of indoor grows. as i stated,, trust me,, the strain is still around.. at least it is with the over 40 crowd....

 

Well from my standpoint I have seen a few breeders cross and backcross their more purple dominant haze plants and others dropping their grow temps to force the purple to show. They called it Purple Haze as well (pure marketing - it worked though) and Haze is a strain that always delivers if you can wait 13 weeks Just because the haze is purple doesn't make it Purple Haze.

But yes if it was to exsist it would be in the hands of a few growers and not in the hands of the general toking public. A 13 week plant is not a commercial crop.

To the OP: Back in the old days a buddy got popped. He had 5 years probation. 2 cars confiscated (new jeeps) and a lein on his house (not sure how the po-po did that). After $10,000 in attorney fees and two years he got the cars back (while still making payments). So you might have been lucky.

 

dude, the purple haze jimmi hendrix loved is dead. there are strains called purple haze now but they are not the same. you can even get it at medi shops but its just a name.

 

look.. im gettin really tired of tryin to make yall believe me,, so ill quit..

all i can say,, is again,, i know a 50 plus year old grower who has seeds of the original purple haze strain.. as well as some of the old Apollos, green giant etc. he has kept the strains pure for many years now...

and now im done with this thread before someone starts sayin the others are extinct...

your probably right tho, im just a child compared to you and the only buds I've seen are the new breeds that you see in high times... I rarely see and have been led to think most the old good stuff is extinct. Maybe I was wrong :/ but in my personal experience the orginal purple haze is pretty much extinct.

 

Thats about 100 miles west of me. Im in Glen Burnie. Once I get a car, its out to Oakland.

 

I'm in essex (right over the key bridge) for now, but you definitely have to check it out there are many many MANY breeders you gotta meet
