Yeah man, you just described how I feel verbatim... That happens to me a lot. My friend Mandy is really the only female stoner we smoke with, and she is totally cool, and I have no problem being around her when I'm baked, but thats because im not particularly interested in her. Last year, I happened to see this girl I liked walking down the street, so I figured hey what a great way to score some points with this chick... so I pulled over and picked her up. Keep in mind this is after I had just left my buddies house after smoking for a couple hours. So when she was in the car, I would try and make conversation, and totally got nervous and all sketched out... I dont think I did too bad, and I'm not sure how much of it was just in my head, but yeah, weed tends to make me a lot more self-conscious when I'm around girls whom I am attracted to. It just makes me second guess everything I say or do, and that leads to more paranoia, and anxiety, and that seriously detracts from me being myself and trying to impress the girl.

The girl im with now doesnt like me being high at all. After three months with her i auctually smoke less. Everytime i smoke i have the words in my head to tell her what needs to be said but it comes out very wrong, everytime it seems. When im with friends or whoever its not like that. I love smoking with the ladies they show their emotions and are just fun when they let loose. It is a matter of just being relaxed and enjoying that super highway of thought and craziness women (especially when high) bring. There comes a point when you realize if you cannot be yourself you just kill the fun.
Ahh thats a hard one. For a girl you want to impress and have some good convos and what not, getting high is not the best. But if you have a girl you can cuddle up with and watch a movie and all that good stuff than weed is a great thing. It's really not an option till your past the awkward silence stage of a relationship...
