My Myspace page? I'm not even on myspace anymore so that list is a bit outdated. A lot on the bands listed on there i don't listen to much anymore, and there's a lot of bands I listen to now that aren't on that list yet...

It's good you like a lot of different music too, listening to only the same kind of music over and over again is really boring... variation keeps things fresh, don't you think?

Incredible String Band is really weird... really antimelodic at times. I can't listen to it a lot to be honest but they have a few great songs. :)

I'm not very familiar with drum & bass (or much else of the bands you mentioned :O) but I'll check out Kaleidoscopia and let you know what I think!

Um... maybe you should try Traffic? Or Sonic Flower?

Well, why would I limit myself by listening to only one kind of music, this way I have one kind for every mood I'm in (and my mood changes often) :)
TISB is totally insane, I listen to them sometimes before I go to bed....
I don't like much of electronic music also (my friend burned 4.7 GB of drum'n'base for me and I still haven't listened to it), but Kaleidoscopio is interesting and soft....And, oh yeah, try to find Richard Cheese and Launge against the machine and I'm sure you'll be pleasently surprised ;)...
Ok, Traffic, Sonic flower...Can you tell me something about them so that I know what I'm looking for?....:)

Traffic is really relaxed, uplifting rock... try the self-titled album from 1968, I love to listen to it in the morning with a cup of coffee. Sometimes a bit folky, sometimes more bluesy, sometimes mildly psychedelic, and pretty soft all around. Steve Winwood played and sung in it, if you know him.

Sonic Flower is heavy psych rock from Japan, it's nice to listen when you're stoned and in the sun, and for some unknown reason its sound reminds me of streams of molten lava.

For all the different music I play, check www.last.fm/user/hopelesslyhip

The guy who lives below me sometimes listens to drum & bass but when he does he's always got it ridiculously loud. It's really annoying because you'll hear and even feel the bass through anything. So my introduction to drum & bass was not a positive one. Haven't found any Kaleidoscopia yet but when I do I'll let you know if I like it. :)

I've just listened to some of the Traffic on last.fm you gave me and I liked it, even though there were only 30 seconds of each song....I could really listen to it, I'll try to find it as soon as I find time....Yeah, btw, I thought it's the page for the music YOU're playing and not just a playlist of the music you like....(for some reason, seems that everyone here either play something or learn how to :) )
Listen to Sonic flower while being stoned?...That wouldn't work for me, how about being a bit drunk?...:)
Now I see where your strong rejection of drum&bass comes from!...And, now I also realize how my neighbors must feel when I play my piano...You probably think I'm overreacting, but walls in my building are surprisingly thin and they can hear everything!...(I live next to the hospital and my uncle who's a doctor there tells me he sometimes listens to me playing from his office!!!)....oh-ow.....:)

Well, start right away!...Pick a song with the best lyrics and translate it....
And don't you dare to avoid doing it!...:)

Oh, no, I'm not in a band or anything. I do play drums. It's an electonic drumkit - the drumsounds come out of the headphones and the neighbours only hear you hitting rubber pads which sounds much softer, so I can just play it in my student room. I've never had anyone complain at least and I play it every day. :D What kind of music do you play on your piano?

I don't know about drunk... I've never tried, and I don't like being drunk so much so I don't think I'll try. You'll have to see for yourself I guess.

Oh, that's exactly what's going to happen to me when I take my keyboard to student dorm someday....I play a little bit of everything, mostly rock, but I'm trying a lot of stuff, I even play ElvisJackson's 'Hawaiian song'!..:) I've been in some bands and had a few gigs (I joined my first band when I was 16 and all other male members were at least 7 years older), but I had to give it up because of school....How about you?...
I've never smoked weed...I guess that in Serbia alcohol is more socialy accepted than weed, that's why everyone's drinking and smokers are hiding.....But I guess in Holland it's a way of life and you're not judged for doing it....

Lots of conservative and closeminded people here too. Weed isn't accepted by everyone by far, even in the netherlands.. But at least we don't have to look up a dealer for it ;)
Alcohol is more socially accepted everywhere, also over here.
