The seeds have good oils in them for your body though so eat up. They won't get you high at all, but the omega 3's and 6's will assist everything. Your organs will thank you.
They won't get you high. At all. I read somewhere on this forum (I can't recall where exactly) that it's the only part of the plant that doesn't contain THC. They taste like sunflower seeds, also.

it wont get you high, but it is a good idea. hemp seeds are really good for you. i eat them with a lot of foods.
