well, DONT take pills, they show no real results

but there is a way, my little secert

When I started going out with other guys (im gay btw) I used to be very self concious with the size of my 'member' and what they thought about it. A restrictive device like a cock ring will cause the penis to get larger as the increased pressure stretches the internals. HOWEVER, it is a tad painful and may cause permanent nerve damage.
