Proper way to light a light bulb vaporizer?

I recently made one, and I was wondering if I hold the blue part of the flame to the glass, or if I don't let the flame touch the glass?

I've heard both.

keep it about 1/2 inch away from the bulb. if you leave the flame on the bulb it will turn black and burn the weed. it also might crack. lightbulb vapes taste hella bad though

 

When using a lightbulb vape it's usually preferrable to use a candle rather than a lighter because using a lighter will cause the fluid to run out rather quickly. You want to keep flame close to the bulb but not so close as to turn the glass black. If using a candle, turn the bulb every once in a while to prevent wax build up. Lightbulb vapes do taste kind of ass, so make sure to clean it regularly.
