16 seems like a long time ago for me. I don't exactly remember how I was like back then. Random boners just don't spring up anymore for me. They used to but as you get older you'll control them. Dude thats perfectly normal. Getting boners from just looking at guys is probably more unusual than not. Of course, if you notice that a guy's pants are pretty tight and can practically see his cock through his pants AND you also find that guy seriously attractive and you don't get a little aroused, then maybe thats a little odd
