Hey y'all! I'm looking for dubaliscious tunage in the vein of Ott, Sphongle, the Orb, Photek, Tripswitch.
Super dubby psychedelic chillout trance music. Something with a beat that'll hit me like a cosmic wave and blow my metaphorical doors off.
    Hit me hippies!

    Solar Fields - Leaving Home

cannot recommend enough, still probably my single favorite of the genre

really, can't say that enough, just go to his site and watch the video in the media section http://www.solarfields.com/

its a song from his new album thats not out, so ya, but gives you a hint

Also, I would highly recomend Carbon Base Lifeforms - World of Sleepers

Slackbaba might be right up your alley. He is Simon Posford's protege if im not mistaken. (from England i think? He is psych/dub/electronic definitely). Or if your looking for just some sick beats (not trance/electronic/psych tho) check out vibesquad.....vibesquad lays down the sickest, gooiest, crunchiest glitch/breaks/beats ever. you can myspace him.

Lol! Where did you get that from?! He's definitely not Pos's protege hehe... He's a local round these parts, Brighton, England and I know him through mates etc but not very well.. 'And the beat goes Om' on Liquid Records is indeed a fine album...

Both the Bluetech albums are great, my personal fav is Prima Materia- I reckon that's what you're looking for... The Guy behind Bluetech -Evan Marc- released an album called Emotional Ecology on Psybooty recs last year which I've been rating, it's more tech-housey but still very chilled and psychedelic...

Other names you might want to check out, Gaudi, Adam Shaikh, Abakus, Ishq, Shulman, Kick Bong, Aes Dana, Greg Hunter, Kukan Dub Lagan- Labels like Aleph Zero, Interchill, Ultimae, Ajana to name a few...
