Help me plz my dreams are real??

I get this one dream about twice a year for about 5 years now.
Its not always the same dream but they all feel the same.
In these dreams I always have a problem like the one I had tonight
I was with this girl and she was selling fans and over 1000 people wanted fans but she only made a couple of them so the she gets scarded (and me) and my hearts starts beating real fast never this fast in my life and things get so crazy in my dream like.. say some one put a gun to your head and says yo have 1 min to run and if you make it a mile i wont kill you. so you run as fast and hard as you can thats what thes dreams feel like. When i wake up from them i always go use the bathroom and look in the mirror for about 10 min. but im not looking in the mirror i see my body looking in the mirror then go back to bed and i have it agen so i wake and i go down stairs but every thing is small and im like 10 Feet tall and my heart is going crazy and it feels like im still in my dream but i know im a wake at this point when i was little i would cry buy know i just strated to freek out. Every thing is still big and i still feel like im about to get shot...I normaly try to sit down and think about wuts going on but then i get scared and still think i need to sell fans, so i tell my self "thats stupid it was just a dream" but then i look around and evey think is so small and i cant see anyhtinh and next think you know im wlking allround my house at 5:00 am not know what im doing.

I had A dream that was kinda like this one it happend about 1 yearas ago the dream was i was in a science lab and i was whith this girl (shes in all of them but i dont know what she looks like) and we have a big cage full of rats well i have to take all the rats and put them in another cage but then they all start runnin alround and i cant catch them and i get scard and my heart strats going scrazy and i wake up and im looking for the rats still i know im awake and i know its dumb to be looking for the rats but i still look for them.

as i type this right know im 100 feet tall and my computer is about 2 inch tall and i feel so different i cant take this feeling because i remebr all the other deams and now my heart is starting to beat faster and faster so hard i can hear it.

any one else know hat im talking about

Did you have financial reversals at this time? I'm just curious because I desire to be biten by millions of rats as I find that they represent money coming to me; lots of it.

As to your feeling BIG and the rest of the world being small, it may be a spiritual dream symbol, indicative of consciousness, that your consciousness will expand in the future. With this expansion of consciousness will come doubt, worry, remorsefulness, apathy, acceptance. You may see the world in a different light. It may worry you because you may feel that you are losing your grip on reality. This is normal for a meditator. If you are not a meditator, then my words my spark you into action.
