definately early summer...when everything is green, people are geared up to have fun, you can leave your windows open at night and listen to the crickets, you can go outside day or night without shoes or a hoodie, the hum of fans, swimming, open car windows, no homework, nothing much to worry about, i can wear skirts, sandles, walking barefoot on the beach, trips to the zoo, outdoor concerts, camps, bonfires, cook outs, my sister home from college, amusement parks, county fairs, vegetables taste the best, lounging on the deck at night under the stars... man oh man, am i going to miss summer
