Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't New Hampshire supposed to be doing something for 2008 or 2009 with legalization? Will federalies and cops still be able to stop you like they can in Denver? Because that's just fucked up...
yeah they did. Count of Denver over 21 of age it is legal to possess up to 28.3 grams. However, the cops still enforce the state law in that county...which is a 100 fine. The initiative discussed in the article is to make it official that in Denver county the lowest priority for police is marijuana possession by a 21+, even if they are enforcing the state law.
