Ok I know this is a very dodgy area, but I need to find out what other people think.

Im 16 years old, and comfortable with being bi, however there is one issue with my sexuality. I am attracted to younger boys and girls, a few years younger, from 13-15ish.

Now if I was alot older, liking younger people would be no issue, a few years between us wouldnt be noticed. However when im 16, I go so much as 1 year younger and its now illegal.

Regarding pornography, I dont find websites showing older men and women appealing to me, yet by law any pornography showing people under the age of 18 is peadophilia. But they are basicly my age! I find this very fustrating, and want to know if anybody else feels the same way...

P.S Does this mean, if I film myself engaging in a sexual act with another 16 year old, while the act itself was not illegal, would storeing the video on my PC be?

There's nothing wrong with that. When I was younger I would've liked an older guy.

i actually know several girls all 16 - 17 years old who have had sex with 14-15 year old guys and that technically constitutes "rape" and is a very serious criminal offence however the actual act in itself doesn't sound so bad does it?

As long as no one finds out, I guess it's okay to do stuff with other guys. But see how things go over the coming years - probably as you grow older, you'll find it harder to associate with children of that age category and may begin to find yourself attracted to people your same age, or slightly older even :) Give it time and don't rush into anything

I think its fine, because most adult end up with someone 4-5 ears older or younger than them, it seems wierd now, but when you think about it a 59 year old dating a 55 year old isn't, but it is the same thing. (but not legally)

Nope, I find nothing wrong with that! I like a 46 year old man and I"m 17..(nothing is goiing on..I just like him.)

But, I"m also bisexual..and he's the only reason why I"m bi, if I didn't like him I would be straight up lesbian!

I like girls that are 15 and stuff!

Don't worry, there is nothing wrong!

When I was 13 I have an active relationship with a guy who was 20. I saw nothing wrong with it then or now...

Actually, it's only considered rape if you're forcing them to have sex with you. If they agree its not rape.

    actually, yes it is.
its rape because the person is considered too young or not mature enough to understand what they are saying yes to.

it doesnt matter who it is, what they say, if one person is above the legal age and the other one isnt. its rape. no grey area. by law it is classified as rape.
in real life you may not class it as rape because the other person wanted it. but
technically, by law, that is rape.

That's one of the ways it sucks to be young. You really do need to be careful because you don't want to get in trouble and be labeled a "sex offender". I really don't like the way our laws and society deal with that issue, but then again, i don't know what exactly the better alternative would be. The big thing though is that, however harmless and beautiful it might seem, the consequences of getting in trouble are too heavy. Never underestimate the power of adults to make a big issue out of things! We've made it into an art-form!

I don't consider it a bad thing..i find it quite normal since you are a guy, and usually guys like younger..persons(female or male..).. The thing is that you really can get into big trouble if you do anything with younger persons. That is if anyone finds out and goes to the police. You can simply be careful about who you talk to about this, and get your partner to be careful too. I am a 16 year old girl as you can see.. My boyfriend is almost 20 and my girlfriend is almost 18.. so I don't have any problems.. I'm usually attracted to older persons. And so are the majority of bisexual girls.. I like a 19 year old girl and she said that i'm too young.. This would be an example..

i see nothing wrong with it.
my ex was 19 and we had sex when i was only 16 (legally, that's "rape"). i even had relations with a 30 something year old. i say age doesnt matter.

well, it's not illegal to have a realtionship with someone younger than 16, as long as you don't have sex there's no rape, just hold your needs untill the person is old enough (but who am i to say that, i'm a virgin and having sex isn't really appealing to me(doesn't mean i can't get tturned on or something))

I had my first sexual experience when I was 6 with a 13 year old, I wouldn't say I was raped since it wasn't against my will and at no point did I feel threatened, but whatever the law says I don't really care.
I find the law serves the government rather than actual justice.

I have always liked older guys. When I was 12, I liked a guy who was 19. I'm 24 now, and my husband is 31. I met him when I was 17 but we didn't really get together until a month after I turned 18. Yes, you can get in trouble (here they call it statutory rape) IF anyone finds out. In most cases no one finds out but you have to be careful. And laws are different everywhere you go... I've read that in some countries there are actual government officials whose job it is to take girls' virginity because it's illegal for a virgin girl to marry. I don't know if it's true or not... Anyway, here in Missouri, from what I've read, if an 18 year old is with a 16 year old, it's not illegal, but any younger than that it is. If a 16 year old is with a 14 year old, neither one will get in trouble but the parents will because they are still responsible for them until they are 18. And you can actually get in trouble for statutory rape if both are adults, IF there is a significant age difference (I believe 14 years or more). So if a 50 year old was with a 20 year old, he could get into trouble. But I think that after the person is either 21 or 25 they're finally free to make their own choices if they want to be with an older person... I know that my sister told me she lost her virginity when she was 12, to a guy who was like 20 or 21... and when she was 16 she married a 20 year old... and I don't know what age your parents are no longer responsible for you is where you live, but in Missouri it's 18. So if you have pornographic pictures or videos of yourself at 16 with another 16 year old, and the cops find them, more than likely your parents would be the ones to get into trouble, in which case you'd probably end up in a foster home or a juvenile detention center. I'm not positive on this though...

I say if it's consensual, it's fine. You're not 18, so I don't think it counts as statutory rape. And I think your personal files are your own business.

Ethically? Fine. Legally? A grey area. What's the age of consent where you live? I'm assuming it's 18, since that seems to be the average.
Hey, just start a relationship then drive up north into Canada to fuck ;)
