You have to wait a few months. The judge delayed the ruling to give the govt time to appeal. But yeah you should be able to blow smoke at cops soon there.

Well there is another reason for not doing it. Showing that one can be a responsible consumer and not giving into the stereotypes that the non-toker fears would erupt when herb is legal.

If I were a bettin' man, I would bet a lot of money that its still a crime to smoke it in public. They also love to put a bunch of loopholes in those laws too, so they can still fuck you over if you're not careful.

It is illegal. A judge said its unconstitutional. So what? That doesn't mean he said its legal and you can carry up to an ounce on you. Do you think if you get busted you'll get the same judge? Its not legal. But I encourage you to go get your ass locked up.

This is just like when people thought it was legal for 2 weeks a few years ago. It wasn't. Some people didnt know how to read and interpret the law and spread the myth. It was never legal for 2 weeks.

im waiting for legal possesion in delaware... i just got arrested for having a bowl in my car. it sux. there are so many stupid people that make it illegal for everyone if people were just responsible about it im sure congress would rethink their views on it. Umm... no its not just you. Actually, its fact. Look at how many people have died from alcohol overdose. Look at how many people die from actions/activities while under the influence of alcohol (i.e. drunk driving).
