I had a dream that a baby was born, then a mad doctor started to move it around without much care. It was on a shelf. I took the baby from her. It kept bleeding. I asked why this was and was told it was due to a heart problem. The blood came from under the skin. I asked for my wet wipes to clean the blood up from this now dressed baby. It was crying before, but now stopped. I cleaned it up and cared for it. Put it back on the shelf, it feel asleep. It wasn't mine, I don't know who's it was. I have no children either in real life either.
i hate to be fascieus, however the hell that's spelled, but you didn't happen to fall asleep listning to alice cooper by any chance? the up to you to do the doctoring because no one else sane was available to do so, well maybe that's the key to what it was telling you, that you can't always expect sanity and responsibility where we are taught to expect it. and because we can't, a lot of things, even personal things like one individual baby, remain individually up to us, that we don't often think of as doing so. =^^= .../\...
The doctor is the self governing part of you that makes you acceptable to society. it's the part that tells you not to hit other people, or steal, or such. the baby is some thing that you feel like you are powerless against. it could be a personal issue or conflict. the doctor is unable to provide for the child, but you (in the dream sense, the real you) are able to, you are able to heel it and care for it, so that it is no longer an issue. that you is the whole you.
The Doctor- its supposed to be a healer and caring. But in the dream the doctor is corrupt. He seems to be doing the opposite of healing. Whatever it is, I think eugene may be right that the doctor is government related. Society has the tendency on creating scars on our selves. The baby- This is a symbol of innocence and someone with an open heart. It could be a reflection of your own inner child. So the doctor isn't treating the baby correctly. This could mean that your inner child has been scarred by the mistreat that society has done on to you. This scar may be taking place in your heart because this is where the wound is on the baby. It could mean that your heart is not as open as when it was when you were as pure as a baby and now your dream may be showing you that you should open up your heart again. Being a mother does seem to be a good sign that you know how to take care of others, but the thing is that in your dream you are taking care of someone elses child. I dont know for sure but it could also mean that you are mothering others without looking into healing yourself. This sounds like the martyr archetype. I could be wrong though. It's kinda hard to interpret others dreams when you don't even know them. It's your dream, practice studying symbols and psychology, and you will be able to piece your dreams together better.
Giving birth to a baby usually means starting a new enterprise. Blood usually denotes personal sickness. You may take over someone's idea or business, it may make you physically sick, but you will recover, the business may then flourish. It could be something as innocous as your taking over your brother's paper route.
