Hi! I´m new to yoga and belive me, i´m in need of help with this. I´ve meditated for a long time but now i need to work through the body aswell. Is there anything i should know or read about this before i get started? i live in the forest of sweden and can´t go to yoga classes so i have to do this on my own. plz teach me
I really can't comment on what you should do, but I think modern hatha yoga has almost completely lost site of it's original purpose. I'd try and find a book that translates Patanjali's pranayama and hatha yoga instructions and from their do what works for your body.
