I heard that in NYC there is this system where you are in your appt, you dial a number and place your order, then someone who pretty much looks like a college kid with a backpack comes to your appt and delivers the goods. It goes through many channels so it's hard to track down the main guy which is good for not getting caught. I wish we had a similar set up in Boston!!!!!
