House continues to igonor the American Public

Just heard this morning how the house this week passed an Eavesdropping bill that allows our government to continue to surveille it's public without warrants.

During this same week they approved Bush's allocation for the Pentagon.

Guess even with a democratic majority it's still business as usual.

 

Obviously the Democrats don't care nor have any interest in getting out of the war or reducing government intrusion. I think all they are doing right now is drooling over all those powers and thinking they will get to indulge in them come next election if they can keep up the public's disatisfaction with the Republicans. The thing we all could do in the next election is vote them both out and vote third party. If we all want a change then it is time we vote differently for a change.

 

Just shows how worthless the democrats are. They came in pretending to be our heroes. One of many reasons I am not voting democratic.

Ron Paul

 

It is great you support Ron Paul, but one man cannot do it all. If you have similar people running for Congress in your area, as well as for State and local offices, be sure to research and vote for them as well.

 

Yeah, I think Paul's greatest strength is his promise to protect the Constitution, without checks and balances, even republican's tend fall under the spell of unlimited power.

 

Russ Feingold is my senator. Good man.

I suppose if you don't want the government to bother you you could move into a treehouse in the woods somewhere....

or you could just not discuss terrorist plans over the phone.

 

Yeah, sure.... because, after all, it's all about stopping "al-Qaeda." The government loves you.

Yeah, Owl you want your government telling all your friends about your butt zits. Don't think you have anything you want kept secret?...think again, we all do. You're going into Basic or BootCamp, your camp is going to know all about your shortcomings soon. Have fun.
