High or Sto

Okay, this may sound stupid, but I have been seing a few coffee shops from amsterdam and... just look at this:

Now look at the effects part... now pls, just tell me... what's the difference between high and stoned??? :| :& maybe this is pretty obvious to you, but to me it certainly isn't..:S pls tell me

Simply put..High - get up and go buzz in your head..Stoned - sit on your ass and stay there buzz..

Pretty much what Jon said, most people regard "high" and "stoned" as quantifiers.

 

well all that is high is sativa and all that is stoned is indica so a better question would be the difference between those
