Hi. I have never tried salvia before but I have 7 salvia plants - lol. I don't want to go on a full trip my first time, I intend to work my way up untill I'm ready for a full trip. Is this a good idea..? Also, after Salvia leaves have been dried - how do you grind them? Thanks
Hello Hello! It is reasonable to work your way up to the trip, but it is really hard to produce one from smoking dried leaves. I would try to do a striaght ethanol extract to make 5x. 5x is 50 grams of dried leaves, ground up and added to the ethanol for as long as it takes for all the Salvinorin-A to extract into the liquid. This can now be poured onto 10 grams of dried leaves which is considered 5x. To grind it, you can use pretty much any grinding method you wish. Grinders from bong stores are good, coffe grinders are also sufficiant. Good luck my friend, I hope "she" is good to you!
