Penny- Yeah, lots of marshmellows around here as you can see from the replies of this forum. Lose the better-than-you attitude and the stereotypes. My best friend's brother died from a heroin overdose a year ago. My friend also moved back from washington to here with his mom on that same day this year. He was really sad when it happened but he is staying positive. Hang out with your friends some and just enjoy the memories.

I'm sorry if my post is a bit elementary, but I just say what I know has helped/would help me.

I'm sure you and your friends had some fucking awesome times together. Think about them, try to avoid thinking "I never have fun like that anymore.... " And think about it more like it's... a photo album. Filled with beautiful pictures and memories. And you can look back on them anytime you want, you can have them with you forever. She wouldn't want you to frown. She'd want to see you smiling and reminiscing from time to time, in between living it up and having a beautiful time. *big hug*
