It's been a long while since I posted up here... been busy!

Here's one of my more recent creations. I just listed it on the website. :)

    More info here

:) :D I really love her - one of those rare pieces that I love to just hold, and a part of me is sad at the thought of selling her... but I know she will go where she is needed and be even more loved! Check out the detailed (large) picture on the site, too... it's the same image collage, but much larger. I love our new camera!

:) Thank you! All the color in the glass is derived from onyx and silver. :) I'll be posting a Venus of Wilendorf soon. :) (I'm glad I started making these... it's been a while since my work made me so darn smiley!)

She's fantastic! I love the colors in her belly. I can definitely understand why she was so time consuming to make.

Thank you mama! Not only is stuff like this time-consuming, it is really emotionally exhausting work for me. I really put myself into it. :) I paid such close attention to every little detail, because I wanted it perfect. At least, I wanted to perfectly reflect what I was trying to get across, if that makes sense. And almost the hardest part of all was composing the info to put in the box lid, because there is so little room and so much that could be said! I just tried to stick to the most important information, about what is represented HERE (as opposed to composing the book I *could* RE: all the lore involved with Kali). :)
