programme that helps u find similar band sounds?

i was once on this website where u type in a band name or song and then the site finds songs that are similar in style and sound. can anyone tell me the name of that site pleaze?

last fm has something like that. do you mean a 'fans of this music also listen to this list'

 

^^ Yep, I think last.fm is the one he's referring to...I've discovered a lot of great artists through that site.

Amazon.com are also very good with their music recommendations.
