All this was When he was 9-10 years Old...

i dont know about this one. so many people have come up with good answers, so it's hard to tell. I was actually the same way as your son at that age, I played with barbies, was always the mom when playing house, was catwoman and xena for halloween....and i'm gay. the only sure fire way to tell is to just wait for him to get older....

 

To All who have posted in response to my questions, and concerns. Thank you. Every single one of you has been very helpful. My husband and I have decided to let him be. We will get him those toys that we feel to be appropriate to his age. If they happen to be girl toys (if that is what he asks for) then that is what we will get for him. LOL I've recently asked him what he wanted to be for Halloween and he stated he wanted to go as a pink butterfly! So it looks like I'm on the hunt for a pink butterfly costume. It will be interesting, but he'll enjoy it I'm sure. I have been accused of taking things out of proportion in the past, but i would rather take something to the extreme and be prepared for it, than just let it go and pay no attention to it and be surprised and wonder to myself why I never saw it before. I want my boys to grow up happy and know that they are loved and even though they are individuals I also want them to know that they can talk to us about anything. Thank you again. ounds like a very healthy attitude, now as far as his custome is concerned, who will be the people that he will hang around with?
if you think there is a chance that we will be bullied, maybe you could get him the pink butterfly outfit to wear at home?
