So basically I have been going to the gym for the past 2 months religously and I hate it, and everything about it. Back in the day you didn't need expensive supplements and special weight machines to get into good shape. Why should I now? Basically I'm trying to find some help finding/developing a good workout routine that will help me get into and stay in decent shape that *Doesn't make me spend any money on equipment (therefore, I shouldn't have to use any) *Doesn't require me to load up on protein (Healthy eating works for me) Basically stuff that just involves bodyweight or circuit training type stuff. Can somebody help me?

Forget the gym and supplements and get a bicycle. Ride it religiously. We live in one of the best areas in the whole US for cycling. Don't waste it by putting money into somebody else's pocket for crap you don't like anyway. Get outside and feel the wind in your hair. x
