This is so silly.

Satan = Adeversary, understand this means opposition of or enemy to, it is a reference about rebelling against God, it is christian in nature. You cannot be a Satanist without first accepting Yahweh, Jesus and their authority as real and then rebelling against it. As far as deities go they also must be christian in nature therefore Lucifage rofol is often the best choice.

The problem with "Satanisim" is people throw anything under that umbrella that they do not understand as an official religion, often Islam, Judaism and Christianity are the only religions that can avoid this very christian title.

For example wicca is often accused of being a satanic religion by small minded people although it has NOTHING to do with christ. let alone Mr. Rofol.

There is exception to this name and that is the intellectual backlash to christianity that is often called 'satanism' and according to its original meaning is some what correct. This school of thought that is often understood as 'Satanism' has been inspired in modern times By Mr. Lavey.

Also i think it is also important to understand 'Satanism' as something different to 'devil worship' for example the setians worship 'Set' an anti deity but (although some will argue a great inspiration for christianity) is refering to a spirituality much older then christianity in origin.

So what is 'real Satanism'? it is the practice of Abrahamic 'magic' outlined as unlawful by the bible. The bible accepts that man can access greater power with out the aid of God but the only power he should accept should be through God, otherwise it is against him and satanic.

Any practices that you hear about such as animal sacrifices are outlined in christian texts (leviticus) or black majic texts (which relate such as the greater keys of solomon.).

So if it does not relate to christ it is not 'satanism'.

But remember people, all that matters is 'fucked up' is 'fucked up' wether you're being told to consume a God man or wether you are told to burn him.
