can't really say. I'm sure you already know this, but relax the area and go very slow and work you're way into it. Take all the time you need. Eventually you should be able to at least take one finger.

If anal play has been something you've been doing for almost a year and you are used to and then suddenly your ass isn't doing what it normally does then I would see a doctor.
