Well, a lot of people have wondered if there's anything leftover after you vape weed that gets you high, so I decided to try it and it definitely got me high. It took close to 1/8 of an ounce, but it worked (then I scraped for resin afterwards ofcoarse). I'm sure this also depends on the quality of the vape you use. For example, I'd assume that weed thats been vaped in a volcano would have less of an effect if smoked (I used weed that had been vaped using a lightbulb vape). Just to clarify things, the vaped weed was totally black except for a very small amount. I guess smoking it afterwards defeats the whole purpose of vaping it in the first place, but oh well
the purpose of a vap is for the thc to be activated without a flame. it heats it up to the right temperature but doesnt combust. so you dont get those unhealthy things from burning it. so if it was black.... im sure it was burnt which ruins the purpose. and if you use a vap that needs a lighter. hold the flame 1-2 inches below the glass or whatever material it maybe.
Do you have any clue how disgusting that would be? lol As I said before, I know this defeats the purpose but thats not what this thread adresses. The point is, save your vaped weed. Maybe someday after being dry for like a week you'll think "Oh hells yeah, I saved that vaped weed".
^no, I've honestly eaten vaped weed in microwaaved firecrackers like 6 times. its not that bad, the peanut butter covers the taste.
im cheap as fuck so i smoke my vaped weed all the time. best to hit it out of a bong, since its so not potent you need a good mothod of delivery for example i smoked a j with it and it was not nearly as good as hittin it from a bong. p.s. does anyone know how much vaped weed you need to cook with? is there a certain thing you need to do with the vaped weed since its not fresh green?
smoking vaped weed is one of the grosser (weed-related) things i´ve done. just really unpleasant. anyways, i´ve always saved vaporized weed from using my Volcano. I´ve cooked twice with the remains, and it totally worked. You CAN re-vaporize it, and it will get you ridiculously stoned, but the more you do it, the more potency you´re gonna lose for cooking. You can also scrape the vapor-resin off certain parts and surfaces of the valve and smear that on weed. Tastes nowhere near what regular resin tastes like. Tastes like how the vapor smells - and fucks you up in a very peculiar way. I´ve never vaped that vapor, only smoked it. When I first cooked with vaporized weed, i forgot to weigh the amount to see how much it was. I made butter with it and used the butter in a cake (vaped weed strained out - and it was a rectangular cake pan). I busted it out at a party so each piece was pretty small. Just so everyone could taste it, cause it def. tasted good, like vaped weed butter. The second time I made butter (i think using 1 lb. of butter), i saved and saved for 10 months and had 31g. 31 grams of all the different kinds of weed myself and all the people i´ve vaped with have had, ground up and brown (never black - it always was dried up and brown, like it´s been toasted). I made cookies with it and wound up giving various people 3-4 cookies each after i tested them to see what the "dose" was. I gave all the cookies to people I vaped with the most. Since a lot of that weed had been theirs, I figure they get to get high with it again, too. Kinda like tax returns for weed: you pay and pay in all year round, then you get some back! In retrospect, I should have made larger cookies. Basically, with 31g´s of vaped weed, you could split that between 4-6 people at most. So whatever you cook the butter into, split that between a small group of people. I never tried eating any small amount of it, only made butter. It´s easy enough to save, and will pay off in the end. I once told a guy working at a coffeeshop in Amsterdam that I save my vaporized weed and he laughed at me! Different situations, though. Too bad the US isn´t like the Netherlands and can´t always have great weed readily available. Gotta get by somehow...
