cook one serving of white rice per person sauce: 1/4 of cubed extra firm tofu handful of bamboo shoots handful of water chesnuts handful of bean sprouts dash of red curry paste pinch of cumin 1 and a half cup of soy sauce 3 TBS of sesame oil 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce let simmer and stir occasionally.
