no what I mean is, fighters who use skill not all muscle. They use a mix of speed, power, and agility. Though it does depend on your body type speed is key.

Also this bas rutten guy seems like a cheap fighter throwing in kick to the groin, beer bottles, head bashing, and using elbows. Though elbows can be acceptable.

Hey I simply don't like the guy because I consider him a cheap fighter. ok? Personally I don't like MMA or XMA.

 

Its a self defense video. ok? You can't do that in MMA.

 

He is still telling people to fight that way. Personally I wouldn't like someone to break a bottle and stab me then kick me in the nuts. He should show clean self-defense tactics.
