sooo i see lots of threads but not alot about this, and its somthing i think is the most important to know, or share, or learn, the effects acid has on the mind, and your decisions in life, how you think now since dosing.

this is the bit thats gonna be hard to describe. but theres soo many things i could mention. but theres the you, and your life, before you took acid, and then theres you after you took it. now, i feel like the same person, but at the same time, im not at all, and when i think about before i took acid, it kinda scares me how things have changed.

how acid has made me want alternative things, or alternative ways of life. not to just work everyday, or go to uni, but alternative things that dont exist. i want to be in a place which is sooo far away or differnt from 'normal'. to arh, its to have that fasication again, like seeing things like its the first time your seeing them again. holy crap. to have an endless amount of objects in a coloufull far away land that is everendingly fasicinatiing.
not to just drive down the road, and see the same textures youve seen over and over. same texture for that tree, the road, there all so old now.

to go into the bush, and build somthing that you dont know what your building, and to think that it may lead you somwhere, out of this world. just becuase you think it will, and if its created in such a bizare way. it could. i think it could. its this fasicantion with wanting an alternative, to wear somthing differnt, to think somthing differnt, and to want to create and live somewhere differnt.
and somewhere inbetween everything, you dont know what you want, or how to get there, or do anyhting, and become confused, frustrated, and depressed. agitated. i am in this state. i dont know, theres so many deep thoughts that normally are hard to remember, but i feel quite strange now, it helps.

crap. i had sooo many things i wanted to talk about in this thread, but its just diffucult. ill get them back, and ill post later.

I know exactly what you mean here, and it's completely attainable. It takes years of sober contemplation and self-disciplining, but it is not impossible.

years of contemplation, yes. but sober contemplation - that is debatable.

acid is a wonderful thing. use it wisely and continue to use it wisely and you will prosper. over time all your questions will be answered.

yeah i kinda get what peter is saying. Its like now after taking lsd its just knowing the possiblilties of awareness because it feels like your in heaven on it. yeah the solution is to go on a awesome vacation like to some place tropical and beautiful and bring lsd! And weed that would be the ultimate paradise.

I understand completly what you're saying peter. Its neat, and way better than not having taken acid for me. I don't get frusterated or anything though, I just feel clean and fresh. I have already made plans to live differently than the way this society does.

The only side effects that aren't that great for me is that I have noticed it changed my speech, I cant flow my words as well anymore, and studder sometimes. But its miner.
It might not even be a side effect of acid.

    I love LSD

Since I first dropped L, I believe it was about four years ago now... I have made a lot of mistakes in life. Luckily, L has helped point the mistakes I have made out to me and I am working on correcting them. I have realized I was told how to think and act by peers and family since I was a child and I was almost programmed by others. The most important thing acid has done for me is to teach me to think for myself and respect others' opinions and ways of life. Now I feel like a completely unique individual who has a lot to offer this world.
A negative effect from L I have noticed is (especially a couple days after dosing) hasty decision making.

    Haha, same.

I actually had a friend while 20 minutes after our comeup decided to drive his ass home, break into his mom's house, and eat all her food. This was his first time tripping, it was 2am, and his mom had kicked him out of the house about a week prior.

    Crazy shit.

well my first and only acid trip was mind blowing. really intense and amazing. but it was life changing or anyhting like that. probably a big reason was because i was not in a great enviornment for meditative and inner exploring reasons, which i really wanna do. i was chilling at a black top mostly with like 7 or 8 people who were all drinking. i diddnt expect to do that but the guy i was chilling with wasnt tripping so he wanted to head outside with other people and not just watch me trip.

so nothing really has changed. but tommorow i plan on doing some salvia by myself in the woods and try and journy into myself

I don't feel any different but i think that acid has shown me how important beauty and color is. like Before i did it my world was all black and white and dull, but now the beautiful colors of nature have meaning to them.

acid hs changed the way of perception surely ..moreover started noticing and appreciating small minute things around that god has created which i overlooked before ...and it gives a great sense of mental peace to see the beauty of creation adn destruction ....not only thinking differently but also thinking from all various angles about things and not ending up with judgements...about relationships as well
i do completely relate with peter's thinking and there are so many endless things which is truly hard to describe as random thoughts keep passing on my mind as i am writing this ..would like to share with u guys later i guess. ...
May peace be with u all!!

to just lie down and trip out forever and ever in your mind. not to have to live in the outside world, but the internal. i will start a buissnes. you pay me money, i will seat you in some thing, hook you up to drips for food and everything, you never wake up. the drip constantly drips lsd into you, more and more each day, until your onto grams of the stuff per day. ill clip your brain a bit, so you wont ever be able to wake, just lie there forever and ever.

I get the feeling that through LSD I saw what I already knew but so much clearer, it made obvious what I was already guessing, put my thoughts into words and it made me appreaciate life even more then I did already.
All in all I think its been a very positive change which I'm very happy with.

the last time i tripped changed my perceptions and possibly my future. every other time up until my last trip i have had the misfortune to have to stay inside for the majority of a trip, usually at my house or a friends house where we couldnt sneak out. But the last time my friend and myself decided to go walk around outside in an abandoned lot that is overgrown near my house. one word can describe it. amazing. I was still in the city but i was in wonder at everything around me. i cant even explain it. and ever since that trip if i am inside more than a few hours i get serious cabin fever. I need to be outside in the worst way. I was wanting to major in Lighting Design/Technical Theatre beforehand; but now all i want to do is go hiking/canoeing/camping and major in conservation or something to try and preserve the beauty of nature for future generations. it was a good thing that happened and it just may have changed my career path.

Wow, the above two posts make me so happy :) Those are just the kinds of beautiful things LSD can do when used by open-minded people who are ready to learn something.

I understand exacly what you are asking Peter and i am more than happy to share with you and the whole world how LSD changed me!
First of all, you must understand that we are living this normal life with the purpose so enjoy every second of it! Everybody who tried LSD had the oportunity to feel some other world or dimension or reality (call it whatever you want) and that one seemed so much more interesting than our normal reality! It is not the point to be all the time in that new so much more interesting dimension, it is very important to learn from it and to bring the knowledge from that one into our normal dimesion witch is limited with our normal sences (seeing, hearing, touching, smaling, tasting), time and space.
This great opportunity that was given to us by LSD teaches you to define to yourself what is good and what is bad by your own oppinion, not to be destructed by the rules that you have been raised by, or by surrounding comunity. Teaches you to be better person, to love (most of anything) everything what surrounds you, to be happy with every little thing that exists. It tought me to think how happy I am with everything I have, not to be unhappy because I don't have something, teaches me that physical things like money are not important, and when you really believe that, those things just come to you by some miracle. When I started truly beliving that I am the richest man on the world because I have such a beautifull wife and daughter and friends, the money and everything suddenly started to come. It also taught me how to forgive myself and others and not to look backwords, only to enjoy every second in your life. If you had 1 second of a bad time, that second is lost, nobody can return that second to you, its gone forever. So make to everybody you can every second beautifull and than you will be much happier. It always made me happier when I see how much it means to somebody when you make their life nicer even for that small moment, than if I wanted good time for me. If I wanted me happier I ended up not knowing what I want and than you become bored or unhappy, but when you do little things witch make others happy, than they start doing the same and suddenly everybody ends up smiling.
Also remember, there are no problems in your life! There are more or less difficult situations in your life, but if you have a problem, than you made that situation a problem! For example if you stay without money, that doesn't mean that you are immidiately dead. Somehow you survive it, but making that situation a problem doesn't help. On the contrary, it makes your life misserable, but if you just go with the flow somehow you go over that situation with the smile.
There is so much many more things, but I guess you need to find those things on your own. I also think (LSD made me belive) that life is a preparation for a transition to another dimension, and better persons we become in this dimension, more we will enjoy the next one. That was also described by all of the religions (eg. paradise, hell, valhala.....) but acid showed me things much higher than any religion and I can't say what is it called. So if they ask me if I am religios, YES I am, but I really don't know how to call that religion.
I hope this helped you and many others to understand what is happening to you now!

Kind regards and love you all!!

Thats weird. I trip almost exactly this. Im in a in spaceship travelling through deep space and there are machines with tubes and drips going into my body keeping me alive in a constant state of Euphoria.

Anyway. Even when I first really tripped on weed and meditated (Amazing with fractals) I moved from an Atheist to a Spiritualist. It has changed me for the better.

It doesn't take self discipline, all it takes is you letting go of everything you've been taught and just doing what you feel :)
