Oh I have been looking for a wooden plug!!! How can you tell how many 'g' your hole is? I have had mine stretched 3 times so not too big . . .
oh wow, i never knew that wood plugs were good for sensitive ears. mine were stretched but they got so itchy i had to take them out. interesting!
I really like your wraps, where do you get them. I'm looking online for some but I'm only finding lame ones. help! -alex
looking great, sped dreadlochness, what did you stretch with and what did you wear and what size were you? glass and metal are the best things for fresh stretches because they arnt porous. also, i find that massaging my ears with oil every once in a while makes them way less itchy. i use avocado oil but olive oil is good too
i was using crappy plastic or metal plugs that i was buying from like hot topic. i was stretched to a 2g for a time but couldn't go any bigger because my ears were freaking out.
I took my plugs out a few weeks ago, and never put them back in, it wasnt really a concious decision... Ill start stretching them up again soon. Rasta Head, Get the plug thats in your ear now and measure the Diametre of the part that goes in your ear. Then type things into a google search like, "Gauge mm conversion" etcetra and then you should get a good estimate of what gauge your ears are. Im pretty sure theres a gauge to mm conversion chart on Omerica Organic. Boogard, I just raid my mums wool (she litterally has a garage full of it...yes, floor to ceiling) and then wrap them myself. Im not too sure what you mean by buying them online? Ive only just started wrapping them with more than one colour..Its not as fun as it sounds.. =)
Ohh I didnt realize you just wrapped them with yarn that's sweet my mother has a shit ton of it too. I'll have to gank some and try it out. thanks
Aaaand these are from a peace festival I went to a week ago. The festival is called Earthdance and opperates all around the world annually at the exact same time. Its a verry surreal and overwhelming experience to know that there are people in over 370 locations all around the world doing the exact same thing. check out www.earthdance.org for more! This was my second time going and it was great. It rained a little bit over the weekend so it was extra muddy
