I was thinking of proposing to my boyfriend. We've been together a long time, and I think that he is the one, you know. My spiritual and intellectual equal. I know I want to spend the rest of this life with him. But I am stumped as to how to do it. I have about a million nice ideas, but none that really stand out as the one I must do, you know. Pick whatever you feel most comfortable with, or pick something that you guys share. For example, my aunt and uncle used to scuba dive all the time, and he proposed to her underwater. All you need to do is set a date and then go out to a nice dinner, or do something romantic, make it memorable. P.S. Good to see a chick that takes action.
i vote for somewhere not uber public, ie not in a ballpark and have the camera focus on you etc personally i think the whole candle light home made dinner with soft music thing is terribly romantic, but thats me

i dont really know but shouldnt the guy do it? Im happy for you and everything but what if hes not ready? maybe thats why he hasnt proposed to you yet. I think you should but then i think you shouldnt its all up to you. If you really love him and you know that he loves you back just as much and wants to be with you forever also then go for it. Make it really romantic, maybe make a really nice candle light dinner with rose peddles everywhere on the table. But yeah i dont know really what to do but you will know when the right moment comes.
