Nice, I actually know where Kenner is! But I just visited NOLA, my brother lives there and you know, I still love the city I've been there before and after Katrina and I would still consider living there... Yes there are things about it that absolutley suck but there are things that are great, just like any place in the world, it is whatcha make it. sooo roll with it baby
Me and some friends were going to move there a bout a year and a half before the incident. So glad we didnt!!! Ive been wanting to come there to check out mardi gras, my friend went last year and had fun, brought back some really cool pics.
NOLA definately has its own personality. Just after Katrina hit, there were throngs of people running into the stores looting TVs and other items. Some guy was across the street with a trumpet watching it all was playing "When the Saints Go Marching In." .
