Does anyone know what it’s like to work for Air New Zealand? What are pay and conditions like for a manager (not a pilot) coming from overseas? Any insight would be much appreciated
Well, my dad is a lawyer for the pilots' union, and Air NZ ones get treated like absolute shit, not sure how different it is for managers. My mum works for the Human Rights Commission and has dealt with numerous serious claims of harassment (including sexual) among various employees of Air NZ; flight staff and others. So that's what I know.
