So, I'm going to the doctor today. For the past few days, my left breast has been swollen, heavy, and painful... I took a pregnancy test, to be sure, though it may be too early anyway--- but I highly doubt it's that considering I'm on the pill and use condoms. Anyway, last night while laying down, I felt where the pain was coming from and there seemed to be a lump there. I'm assuming it's probably a cyst. Anyone have experience with these? What were they like for you, and how did they remove it? Thanks!
my step mom is going through this right now. The swelling is intense and too bad for them to do surgery right now. I don't know a lot of the details, as we aren't "girl stuff sharing" close... but do know it hasn't been easy. I hope you don't have what she has! Fingers crossed for you!
theres some information going aroudn about inflammatory breast cancer, id recommend you see if you can look up some (reliable) information on it as it doesnt have a lot of attention on it yet in the medical community
My breast seems to be okay today...I went in yesterday, and she suspected I may have a cyst, so I go in for an ultrasound soon...but I don't know. She did say that it very well could be my birth control causing hormonal imbalances of some sort, so I might need to switch. I guess I just have to wait a little, as it doesn't seem to be acting up right now or anything.
