I read in different places the clothing you should wear during meditation

    some say none at all
some say no shirt or shoes
    some say it doesnt matter

Would it matter what you wear?

I imagine it would only matter if
your mind is focusing on the feeling
of the clothes on your body.
But then again, you mind could
just as easily be focused on the
hair on your head, so, no, it doesnt matter. ~

Certain kinds of meditation produce body heat, but other than that, just wear whats comfy.

no clothes would be good, if it's cool.

yet if it's hot you'll sweat and without clothes to soak it, sweat will disturb you. especially if you are not 'experienced' in meditation.
and if it's cold you'll.. well.. get cold :D same above rule applies; if you are not 'experienced'.

    just be comfortable :)

dont wear anything uncomfortable. loose, soft clothing is best, because it wont distract you. if something is itching or pinching, it can be hard to concentrate.

.... you wear loose clothing, nothing tight at all, I like flannel pajamas.

My husband and I used to practice nude meditation. That was fun..
