Dont make fun, but I give my self self-therapy "sit ins"

If I'm really pissed or sad about something i image someone sitting on the chair on the other side of my room and i have like a conversation. I know its fucking crazy but i do.

Like if one of my friends piss me off i sit in my room and talk to the no one there and go threw everything that happened. when im done, i just turn my music on or i design shit.

I get my best designs after "sit ins". For some reason it inspires me to design clothes, make rings, make clothes, paint, and hell, it even got me to start playing fucking pretend every once in a while.

    I feel so fucking crazy.....

That doesn't sound crazy; that sounds extremely sane and well-adjusted.

    More people should do that.

Taking care of yourself is extremely important. Society disconnects us when they say that we need other people to answer our own questions
