hmm i don't see how thats gay. annoying maybe. and you would probably just buy a new one or se if you can get a refund, because chances are the super glue isn't very good for you, and now you just have a generally weak bubbler, depending on where you broke it. but no matter where you broke its got a weak spot.
Did you buy it from a local smoke shop or something? If so you should definitely take it back and complain.

I doubt it. Most headshops require you to check your glass before you leave the store for that very reason -- no returns, no nothing. They don't want you walking into their store with ANYTHING that has weed residue in it. Don't get me wrong, if the dude that owns the place is really cool he might make an exception, but I would call them before you walk in with a broken, used, pipe.
