Ok I definately got fucked here I sent this kid I know to get me a 40 sac and a 20 sac. I gave him the $60 up front. He picked it up and on his way home he got pulled over. The cop took the weed, cigs, and booze he had (hes 17) and gave him a ticket and took his license. So now I'm out $60 for nothing and hes fucked.
Id rather get $60 down the drain then a ticket any time. Your lucked out that kid is fucked. Cops, and Parents. And he proboly wont e driving for a long time.

i agree with everyone else & that you're the one getting fucked over, not your friend. & can the police legally take ciggs? i though it doesn't matter your age to have them, just that you can't buy them if you're under 18 years old.

Umm...no....you wrong. Its illegal to sell them to a minor, but not for a minor to posses. Think about how often you see underage kids smoking in public. They dilleberlatly made it that way so that all the underage kids who were addicted wouldent go to jail, and aviod having to deal with half of the teenage popualtion in juvie.
One of my rather stubborn friends has been taken to the police station to have his parents pick him up a couple times now because he was walking down the street smoking (he looks relatively young). I guess how much this enforced varies in different states/cities.
if he is real and not just screwing with you then you should be happy, i know so many people that would give up 60$ no question to have not gotten arrested. and i really dont see how you can get pissed at something like this, yes it sucks,but its all a risk that we know we take, and you just ended up with the better side of being busted,so be happy imo!
Back when I used to smoke cigarettes I had the cops take my pack away from me a few times. But Nothing more then that, they let me go and didn't even take my name or anything. One time I had pot in my pocket too and I was about to shit myself but he just told me to take out the squares cuz he could see em in my pocket. Edit: Btw, he saw me put them in my pocket so he wasn't just doing a false search. At least he didn't pat me down.
