You can buy their list of vendors. WORST. SITE. EVER. even if the transaction went through why would you ever put a vendor in there, the whole world will know about it immediately. you might as well just post your vendor on the hip forums and ask if it's good... i bet fewer people would see it.
THE SITE DOES NOT WORK, IT JUST TAKES WHAT SOURCES YOU PUT IN THE BOX AND SENDS THEM TO THE SCAMMER. IT ALWAYS SAYS "This site is not certified". I TRIED ENTERING IN THE MOST BASIC VENDOR EVER, AND IT SAID "SITE NOT CERTIFIED". The vendor that I entered in was supposedly on the list that they sell. It was bought by somebody who then made an undrug post (CRC).
I'll agree that the site is a scam, but the box actually works. You have to type in the whole address though (http:// ,etc), and only the really obvious sites work. The lesser-known ones are not recognized. the guy who runs it probably looks at all the sites entered so he can find good ones and sell them on alertpay. Definitely not helpful, though.
