personally, i think you should have to get a license, just like driving a car. you should have to prove that you are a responsible user. i don't know what kind of test they could come up with... but there has to be a method to screen out the stupid and irresponsible people. of course... the same thing should be applied to alcohol. keep these substances out of the hands of the people who will abuse them.
