This one we all can change. Are we as humans that high up on money and greed not to give good quality customer service? Giving the people what they need instead of segragating/separating the people? Are we that high up on money not to give what is desired or make affordable? I'm so disgusted by the way customer service is conducted in this country that I'd like to begin a Customer Service Agency. The CSA. Power to do good. The power to put a foot down and do what's right. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau, cops, the president, etc. need help or aren't doing their jobs well enough. Any thoughts? Any feelings on bad customer service that you'd like to protest? Any thoughts on how to change the poor customer service that's out there? Any thoughts on how to begin such an agency? Would you like to join if their was one? What do you think some rules should be for such an agency if it were to exist?

Why should the corporations give anything to their consumers? They have the congress and admistration on their side. They set laws against consumers based supposedly on the fact that if you vote for them prices will be cheaper....never happens, but we have bought into it in the past.

Consumers.. the only thing we have going for us is to stop buying, but we buy into the media...it's time to stop and think before you buy.

China knows, they heard the outcry from pet owners when they murdered their pets. They cleaned up their act on the threat we wouldn't buy their goods.

Don't let them become complacent because your kids want plastic toys...how long do they last? Make our governments and our providers accountable!

We want manufacturers that care about us and the world we live in, not the bottom line.

Stock market beware, consumers guide the market and when they are aware, your methds of projecting your profits are gone. We aren't blind markets or cavies under your spell. There willl come a point when your products will have to meet our needs not the other way around.

Thats surely what we need more alphabet soup agencies. This thread should be under consumer advocacy. I work in customer service temporarily until school starts again, most CSRs have little to no interest in actually making things easy for you as they can just pass the proverbial buck onto someone else. I go above and beyond my responsibilities to make sure people feel helped and understood, but I cant say the same for most of the other reps. CSR doesnt pay diddly squat in most cases, better than Mc Crapphole type places but not by a whole lot. Its all about the bottom line, until we start voting with our wallets and our hearts, big corporations will rule the day.

How about less government as a solution...? How novel. It almost sounds like what the true conservative Republicans used to be about.

    Vote for Ron Paul

That's fine if it's not following the republican line, we all know that's not going to get us lower fuel or consumer costs. They try to sell that to us during every ekection, but it never happens, government continues to grow under them so their friends can benefit.

Corporations, business, eateries, whatever, well, why not form an alliance/group to fight back all this corrupt shit that takes place? Doesn't matter which forum, it's still a protest and that's where this thread belongs. Protest means basically to be against, why not gather a group and do something about it all? A group that takes action.

China sends lead painted toys to us and we buy them. Who's at fault China or the consumer?

time to stop a lot of things I would say. Buying it, creating it, hell, there's a lot of things we need to start standing up for.
