They may pay way too much money for it - but the biggest day of your life - and you go a little postal - it just makes for funny TV.

wowww TNS, is that true, they are really coming out with a movie for Sweet 16, that is sad, like what has this world come too. If we are fighting a pointless war in Iraq, instead of having these soldiers pointlessly dying, we should send these dumbass teenagers on Sweet 16 over there to die lol

they need to see that other people live with nothing that they are used to.

 

I can't stand the dang show, at all. I mean, there are teens that age who act like they got some sense. Every episode it's someone who is spoiled beyond belief. It's shows like that, and Parental Control that make me what to not watch television at all.
Because if the shows are still on (I wouldn't know or care, I don't have cable) then that shows the lack of education that the teens and preteens have. And how are they going to make a movie out of it? Unless it'd be like Jackass: The Movie, where it would be like the show but, uncensored.

 

Agreed. It's really disturbing to see these teenagers being so demanding, and even more so disturbing that they would expose such a side of themselves on television, as if it's something to be proud of. So, disturbing all around.

I'm surprised this is even called a 'reality' show, because it most certainly is not. It's quite clear that there is a serious script involved. I honestly cannot believe that these people act this way on a daily basis.

Reality TV in general is a waste of time. Why not turn off the TV and actually LIVE in reality, rather than attempting to watch a generic, crap show about what "reality" is. I swear, reality TV is destorying the creativity and minds, in general, of youth.

 

well you know. shows like my super sweet 16 are catered to an audience that probably acts the same way as the people on the show do, so it's pretty 'reality' for them. I know what you mean though, Piece of Mind. I try to stay away from those shows. But my guilty pleasure: that show on NBC, age of love. it's pretty hilarious watching 40 year old women go at others half their age.

 

There was one where the daughter told the mom she couldnt go to her party after the mom cashed out sooo much. WOW, so horrible!
Sometimes I think its scripted cause really.. I would slam my son through a window if he did that type of shit(for his own good).
But hell, sometimes me and my bro watch these types of shows and rip on the people, its fun.

It is still on because people LOVE to HATE the girls/boys.

 

I KNOW....honestly, i dont think ive ever seen ONE episode where the girl was actually humane....i mean ALL the girls ive seen on that show are complete bitches who are spoiled little brats. God forbid that mommy and daddy discipline them....no, just give em' some cash and a car and that'll shut em' up for the next 20 minutes. They get to have these extravegant parties that they dont even DESERVE! They treat their parents like crap even their FRIENDS! Its unbelievable...

I hate that show; those kids are rotten little ingrates. Had I acted like them when I was a teen, my parents would have socked me.

I agree so much fucking much. I just want to kick all of my generations asses. I have a sister exactly like the bitches on that show. People dont think we're related and when they find out, its like seeing a crossing guard fucking a hobo in the middle of the school cross walk.

Im the one who understands shit like not having money to spend $12 on a pair of underwear at American Eagle. Yes, I get to go to those stores because of her and when we get there, I stick around her and holler shit out like "thats a bunch of worthless shit for 35 dollars!" and everyone of the people in the store get puzzled and start looking at the ground like theres actually shit on the floor and they wanna make sure they dont step in it. Its pathedic.

 

The show makes me blame the parents. Curse our society that doesn't believe beating your children is beneficial
