Irrigating your sinus passages is the best thing to do. Buy some Simply Saline, a non-addicting nasal spray that doesn't harm or irritate your nose even with prolonged use. Flush your passages out at least twice a day. For no longer than three days, use a medicated nasal spray such as Afrin.
For your throat, my only advice is to keep it wet. Suck on hard candies or lozenges, and you can't drink enough water and tea.
Most importantly, relax. Doing too much will hinder your recovery.

    Feel better!

I agree about sinus irrigation, though I prefer a different technique. You might want to look into getting a neti pot. It's basically a little ceramic tea-pot that has a long, tapered spout, and holds about a cup of water. You make a warm salt-water solution in the pot, put the spout up one nostril, tilt your head, and the water is flushed out through the other nostril. Might sound weird, but it's actually pretty cool, and will clear you up like nothing else.

Warm salt water is also good for your sore throat. Gargle with it thoroughly throughout the day, and especially right before bed.

Drink lots of water and other pure fluids (avoiding sugar and too much caffeine), and load up on vitamin C.

Boil some water with eucalyptus leaves or add in a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil and breath in the steam. This will not only be soothing, but will help clear you up as well.

Hope you're feeling better soon. :)
